Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 10, 2026

Welcome to PriyoMart (accessible at https://priyomart.me). By accessing, browsing, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Nature of Our Service (Review Publication)

PriyoMart is an independent editorial publication dedicated to consumer product discovery, research, and comparative buying guides.

Important Clarification: PriyoMart is an informational review website, not an online retail store. We do not sell, inventory, fulfill, or ship physical goods. We do not process direct credit card transactions or hold customer billing information.

2. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Retailers

Our website contains outbound hyperlinks to third-party e-commerce platforms, predominantly Amazon.com. When you click a product link on PriyoMart and complete a purchase on Amazon, your transaction is processed entirely by Amazon.com and governed by Amazon's Conditions of Use, Privacy Notice, and Return Policies.

Amazon Associates Disclosure: PriyoMart participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com. We may earn an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you when you make a purchase through our links.

3. Product Pricing & Stock Availability

While we make reasonable efforts to display up-to-date product prices and discounts, prices on Amazon.com fluctuate dynamically based on third-party seller promotions, lightning deals, and inventory levels. The actual price displayed on Amazon.com at the time of your purchase is the final, legally binding price. PriyoMart cannot guarantee that any listed price remains active at all times.

4. Editorial Independence & User Ratings

Our editorial verdicts, rankings, and "Top Picks" are determined independently by our research and testing criteria. Product star ratings displayed on our cards (e.g. 4.6 / 5.0) reflect verified customer sentiment and community ratings aggregated from Amazon buyer reviews.

5. Health, Dietary & Wellness Disclaimer

⚠️ Health & Dietary Wellness Disclaimer (FDA Notice): Content published on PriyoMart relating to skincare, vitamins, and wellness supplements is for general educational and informational purposes only. Statements regarding dietary supplements or topical formulas have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual biological results vary. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement or topical regimen.

6. Intellectual Property

All original editorial copy, guides, layout designs, and custom graphics on PriyoMart are the intellectual property of PriyoMart Media LLC. Amazon, the Amazon logo, and Amazon-related brand assets are registered trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

7. Limitation of Liability

PriyoMart provides all content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall PriyoMart, its editors, or its operators be held liable for any damages, product defects, shipping delays, or dissatisfaction arising from products purchased via third-party retailer links.

8. Contact the Editors

If you have questions, corrections, or feedback regarding these terms, please contact our editorial staff at contact@priyomart.me or visit our Contact Page.
